Location and Overview: Our land is approximately three hours from Boston and an hour from Portland and forty-five minutes from Conway, NH. Much of the land offers 4-Season, paved roads, electricity and phone. Our "Remote Parcels" do not. Most of our land is convenient to lakes, skiing, hiking and other year round rural activities.

Quality and Protection: We take pride in providing environmentally sound homesites in aesthetically pleasing settings. Each area offered strives to be of a higher quality than that of other land of its type in the market it serves.

As most towns in Maine don't have zoning, much of the land offered have covenants to help protect the value of the area without being too restrictive.

Our Land: Most of our land offers privacy without being isolated. The land ranges from a 40 acre, remote, mountainside parcel to a one-acre, primary homesites overlooking Mt. Washington. While many of these lots offer spectacular views, others are wooded and offer a more secluded setting.

Western Maine: Our area offers an abundance of opportunities for out door activities - such as hiking, boating, golf, . . . are readily available, and, of course, wildlife abounds. Ski areas are generally within a half hour and most all the land is within about three miles of water access. Western Maine is also noted for its historic and scenic communities.
